The Gardiners: James, Kristy, Matisse, Tom & Tony. Oh and the Dog on the Tuckerbox! "We had such a great time with the camper-trailer it was hard to give it back. Thanks for everything." |
Tom, Tony & Matisse playing cards at Billy Grace Reserve, Wee Jasper (near Yass). It was an overnight stopover and a nice spot for kids to swim. Also interesting drive in and cute little general store & bridge. We didn’t have time to visit the limestone caves nearby though. |

Matisse & James at our Campsite at the beachfront Stockton Tourist Park. We loved our week here. Stockton is located on the north side of the Hunter River a short ferry ride from Newcastle Forshore. The Tourist Park is such a great place to stay. Unpretentious and not touristy, flat for bike riding, no roads to cross to the exellent surf beach (which has flags) and kids beach. Good take-away Thai and Fish & Chips in town. Café & Surf Club next door. |
Tony enjoying view & beer at Blowering Reserve via Tumut, NSW. Stopover. Only took us 10mins to set up camp! Kids enjoyed exploring and came back muddy – bucket bath! |
